Solace* Steps Out....

So yesterday I went to a voice lesson. The lying voice in the back of my head tells me that I shouldn't bother. It's too insurmountable to get my voice back. I'm choosing to listen to the still small voice that tells me to trust the path....even when I can't see where it's leading. F-O-C-U-S [*Solace is my internet nick name...but it's also become sort of my artist name...it stuck]

  • Things are never insurmountable if you simply set your mind to them, if you're willing to work for them. And you've been making such great leaps already - what's just one more? I have all the faith in you, Sol dear.

    And who knows, maybe someday we can hook up and do a l'il singing together. Bet you'll way out-diva me! ;)

  • My dearest Zephers, out diva you??? I seem to recall the *e smack-down of 2004/5 and I don't think you'll have any problem holding your own. *grin*

    I would love to sing with you someday...so bummed that I missed you last summer in Vancouver. But maybe someday soon again??? hopehopehope
